The ICVerify system allows merchants to accept all major credit cards, debit cards, purchase cards, and private label cards through a PC or PC-based point of sale setup. ICVerify® provides everything stand-alone credit card terminals do, plus much more, without having tio purchase higher priced terminal units. With ICVerify, all transactions are stored for up to nine years. ICVerify® can recall transactions on screen or sent to a printer. Transaction information can be searched by customer name, invoice number, date, or date range, etc. ICVerify®'s ability to store transaction data gives merchants the flexibility to reconcile financial information for any period of time and to send the customer data to a database program for a demographic analysis and improved marketing. With ICVerify®'s exclusive signature capture capabilities (additional hardware required), a merchant can print a single part receipt which goes to the customer, which in turn avoids having to store nine years worth of paper. Anytime a merchant has a question or inquiry, the entire transaction with signature, cardholder name, credit card number, etc. can be reviewed.
